Preamble
This policy describes how Lirenprism processes the personal data of users of lirenprism.com and app.lirenprism.com, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French law.
1. Data controller
The data controller is:
Lirenprism (SAS), Chemin des Étangs n°1, 24120 Beauregard-de-Terrasson, France. Périgueux Trade Register 106 694 433.
Contact: contact@lirenprism.com.
2. Data collected
We collect the following data:
- Account data: e-mail address, login credentials, company name or professional contact name;
- Service usage data: measurements ordered, questions submitted, reports generated, usage history;
- Billing data: processed by Paddle in its capacity as Merchant of Record (see article 6);
- Technical audience-measurement data: anonymous traffic statistics, without cookies or personal identification (see the Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes of processing
Data is processed in order to:
- create and manage your account;
- provide the Service and deliver the measurement reports;
- provide client support and respond to your requests;
- manage billing and subscriptions (via Paddle);
- improve the Service and measure site audience anonymously;
- comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not use your data, your questions or your reports to train or feed our measurement system. We do not disclose any information about your searches.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based, depending on the case, on the performance of the contract (provision of the Service), compliance with legal obligations (accounting, invoicing), and our legitimate interest (security, improvement of the Service, anonymous audience measurement).
5. Retention period
Data is kept for the duration of the account’s existence, then archived or deleted according to the applicable legal periods (in particular accounting and tax obligations). Billing data is retained in accordance with the legal periods in force.
6. Recipients and processors
Your data may be shared with the following providers, strictly for the needs of the Service:
- OVH SAS (France) — infrastructure hosting;
- Resend — sending of transactional e-mails;
- Artificial intelligence providers (in particular OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral) — queried to carry out the measurements; submitted questions may be transmitted to them to perform the scan;
- Paddle.com Market Limited — payment and billing processing.
Regarding Paddle: in its capacity as Merchant of Record, Paddle acts as an independent data controller for the billing and payment data it collects directly (payment details, client tax data). The processing of this data is governed by Paddle’s privacy policy.
Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union. In that case, transfers are framed by appropriate safeguards compliant with the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).
7. Security
All your information is encrypted and protected. We apply technical and organisational measures intended to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data.
8. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability of your data.
To exercise these rights, write to us at: contact@lirenprism.com. We respond within the timeframes set by the regulation.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
9. Changes to the policy
This policy may be updated. The applicable version is the one published on the site on the date of your consultation.
